CSDED provides assistance to its members in planning for future community and economic growth in their counties and municipalities by revision, creation and adoption of Zoning Ordinances and Comprehensive Plans, as well as Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plans. In addition, the District can help revise Municipal Ordinances and Personnel Policies.
